1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by PT Intai Rainbow, a logistics and export–import service provider operating in Indonesia. By making a payment, submitting an order, or using our services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Scope of Services
PT Intai Rainbow provides logistics-related services, including but not limited to:

Export and import handling

Freight forwarding (air, sea, and land)

Packing, storage, and warehouse services
-
Documentation, licensing, and related administrative services
-
Payment facilitation to vendors on behalf of clients (when agreed)
Service details, scope, and pricing are confirmed individually through quotations, invoices, or written agreements.
3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are quoted in the agreed currency and based on information provided by the Client.

Payments may be made via bank transfer or approved online payment platforms.

Additional fees may apply due to changes in shipment volume, weight, documentation requirements, government regulations, or third-party charges.

PT Intai Rainbow reserves the right to withhold service delivery until payment obligations are fulfilled.
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete shipment information

Ensuring goods comply with Indonesian and destination-country regulations

Supplying correct documents, invoices, and declarations
-
Bearing risks arising from incorrect or incomplete information
PT Intai Rainbow is not liable for delays or losses caused by inaccurate data provided by the Client.
5. Third-Party Services
Certain services involve third parties (shipping lines, airlines, customs authorities, insurers, warehouses). PT Intai Rainbow acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for delays, actions, or omissions by such third parties beyond reasonable control.
6. Limitation of Liability
PT Intai Rainbow’s liability, if any, is limited to the service fee paid for the specific service in question, unless otherwise required by applicable law. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
PT Intai Rainbow
1. Nature of Services
PT Intai Rainbow provides professional logistics and administrative services, not physical retail goods. As such, returns in the traditional sense do not apply.
2. Refund Eligibility
Payments made may be eligible for partial or full refunds only under the following conditions:

The service has not yet commenced, and
-
No costs have been incurred with third parties (shipping lines, agents, government fees, vendors), and
-
The refund request is submitted in writing.
3. Non-Refundable Payments
Refunds will not be granted if:

The service has already started
-
Third-party costs have been incurred
-
Government fees, documentation fees, or courier costs have been processed
-
Delays or changes arise from Client-provided information
-
Cancellation is due to Client’s internal decisions or financial constraints
4. Partial Refunds
If services are partially completed, PT Intai Rainbow may issue a partial refund after deducting:

Administrative costs
-
Service fees already rendered
-
Third-party expenses already paid
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days, using the original payment method where possible.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding payments, refunds, or service execution should be submitted in writing. PT Intai Rainbow prioritizes amicable resolution through communication before legal remedies.
