PT Intai Rainbow began in 1989 with a simple commitment: to serve customers better, no matter how complex the shipment or how far the destination. At that time, international logistics in Indonesia was still developing, and many MSMEs struggled with the practical challenge of exporting their goods safely, reliably, and affordably. Our founders saw this need clearly and built a company shaped by service, trust, and discipline.
In the early years, operations were small but determined. Most processes were manual, communication depended on faxes and landlines, and every completed shipment felt like its own small victory. What carried the company through those early challenges was the belief that logistics is more than moving cargo—it is the bridge that connects local craftsmanship, family businesses, and global opportunity.
As Bali and Indonesia grew, PT Intai Rainbow grew with them. We expanded into air and sea freight, warehousing, packing, and vendor money management services. By listening to customers and learning from every mistake, the company slowly developed systems that could handle complexity while maintaining the personal touch that our clients relied on.
Through the decades, our purpose has remained the same:to become a reliable partner for Indonesian businesses and a catalyst for their growth.
Today, PT Intai Rainbow continues to serve exporters from across Indonesia, offering solutions built from decades of experience, long-term partnerships, and a commitment to integrity. Whether managing container loads, coordinating multi-vendor pickups, or helping customers navigate international requirements, we continue to carry that same spirit that started in 1989—Here to serve you better.
This blog marks the beginning of a new chapter, where we share our stories, insights, and the lessons we’ve learned along the way. We hope it becomes a place where customers, partners, and anyone curious about logistics can understand the heart behind our work.
